Morning: Lindores Abbey Distillery – A Whisky Legacy Since 1494
Our whisky journey begins at the legendary Lindores Abbey, the spiritual home of Scotch whisky. The earliest written reference to whisky production in Scotland appears in Exchequer Rolls from 1494, detailing how monks at Lindores Abbey crafted “aqua vitae” for the King. Today, Lindores Abbey Distillery revives that ancient tradition with heritage-inspired whiskies and Aqua Vitae, a modern take on Scotland’s earliest spirit. Wander through the abbey’s historic ruins, explore the distillery’s copper stills and ageing casks, and experience a whisky tasting steeped in history.

Aftrnoon: Glenkinchie Distillery – The Elegant Lowland Malt
Surrounded by the rolling green hills of East Lothian, Glenkinchie Distillery is known as "The Edinburgh Malt", producing one of the most delicate and refined single malts in Scotland. As one of Johnnie Walker’s Four Corners of Scotland distilleries, Glenkinchie represents the Lowland style within the world’s most famous blended whisky.
