A: Yes! All our tours can be tailored to your interests, whether it’s history, nature, whisky tasting, or visiting filming locations like Outlander and Harry Potter.

Q: Do you cater to small groups?
A: Absolutely. We prioritise small group sizes to ensure an intimate and personalised experience for every guest.

Booking and Payment

Q: How do I book a tour?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

Q: Can I make changes to my booking?
A: Yes, you can modify your booking before your tour date and even sometimes while on the tour, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to discuss changes.

Q: What’s included in your tours?
A: Our tours include luxury transport, a private guide, and tailored itineraries. Entry fees, meals, and accommodation are typically excluded unless specified.

Q: Do you provide transport?
A: Yes, all our tours include luxury transport with professional drivers for your comfort and convenience.

Q: Can I request specific stops during the tour?
A: Of course! We’re happy to adjust itineraries to include specific sites or activities that interest you.

During the Tour

Q: Are meals included in the tour?
A: Meals are not included, but our guides will recommend the best local spots for lunch and dinner based on your preferences.

Q: Are refreshments provided during the tour?
A: Yes! We provide a complimentary hamper with Scottish treats, snacks, and fruit to enhance your experience. Our vehicles also have a cooler stocked with bottled water and soft drinks for your comfort.  

Q: What should I wear or bring?
A: We recommend comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear, especially for walking tours or outdoor activities. Don’t forget a raincoat or umbrella, as Scottish weather can be unpredictable!

Q: Will the guide take photos for us?
A: Yes! Our guides are happy to help capture your memories by taking photos during the tour.

Cancellation and Refunds

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made at least 28 days before the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 28 days may incur a fee. Contact us for details.

Q: What happens if the weather is bad?
A: Most tours run regardless of weather, but adjustments may be made for safety. We’ll keep you informed and ensure you have the best possible experience.

Special Requests

Q: Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
A: Yes! Please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking so we can recommend suitable meal stops and we will adjust the onboard hamper accordingly
