Bonnie Scotland Tours offer full day, half day, and multi-day private tours. Our
vehicles are not for taxi hire and only used as transportation for customers on our
pre-agreed tour.
If a client does not turn up at the arranged pick-up point, the driver will wait up to 1
hour and attempt to contact the client using the contact details provided. After 1 hour
the in the case of a no show, Bonnie Scotland Tours reserves the right to cancel the
tour. Please note no refund will be given in these circumstances.
Bonnie Scotland Tours cannot be held responsible for traffic jams, delays,
irregularities in scheduling, bad weather, or the loss or theft of personal objects. If a
tour is interrupted at the request of the client, the client will not be entitled to any
reimbursement.
All journeys must be pre-booked in advance, and payment must be made in full by
one point of contact.
Cancellations: Bonnie Scotland Tours offer a full refund of received payment when
notice is given more than four weeks prior to tour date. Cancellations within 4 weeks
will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We will always try to accommodate our
clients in any way we can. At the discretion of Bonnie Scotland Tours, a full refund
can be agreed, a partial refund can be agreed, or a tour can be rearranged with no
penalty charges. We pay our driver guides a cancellation fee for dates where they
were booked to do a tour and cancellations result in them not doing a tour on that
date. If a tour is cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the tour, no refund will be
given.
Where exceptional circumstances arise, the management of Bonnie Scotland Tours
reserves the right to cancel tours or services. In such cases, clients will be promptly
informed and offered a full refund.
In the event of client illness, then the relevant client must accept responsibility for
any medical costs incurred, and Bonnie Scotland Tours shall not be liable to refund
any part of the tour cost. It is incumbent on each client to ensure that insurance
cover held is both current and adequate for the particular needs of such a client
and/or group for which such client is responsible. All visitors from overseas must
have insurance to cover accidents and repatriation.
Health and Safety The group must at all times abide by the safety brief and
directions of the Tour Guide.
The Guide/Company must be notified in advance of clients who are suffering from
any medical condition.
Clients should be aware that weather conditions in Scotland can be severe and
hence must be dressed appropriately.
Bonnie Scotland Tours reserves the right to terminate a tour if, in the reasonable
opinion of the company, the behaviour of a client or client group is or is likely to be
disruptive, dangerous, or upsetting to other people or if such a client or group has
caused or is likely to cause damage to property. Bonnie Scotland Tours will not pay
any refund or costs incurred by a client in the event that a tour is terminated due to
unacceptable behaviour.
